The old timber cabin at Gamle Gaard ("The Old Farm") is available for rent all year round. It has three rooms and a total of 14 beds, as well as a recently restored bathroom with shower and WC. The cabin also has a sauna and a washing room with maching machine and tuble dryer.

Well-equipped kitchen and cozy living room with fireplace and wood stove. Dining table seating 12 persons.

The cabin is idyllically located at the mountain farm Fjellgarden Hovden, presently home to a small alpaca herd. 
Nice and sunny outdoor area with a wonderful view of the valley. 
 

At the farm there is also a ski equipment rental, a coffee bar and a raclette restaurant in a nearby timber cabin. It is possible to order meals for your stay or enjoy a caffe latte after a day out skiing.

Fjellgarden Hovden is within walking distance of the extensive cross-country network at Hovden, and with only a 3-minute drive to the Hovden alpine skiing centre.
