Enjoy summer at Hovden with activities for young and old

With its location in a beautiful mountain scenery, Hovden is an eldorado for hiking and other leisure activities. On warm summer days, you may go swimming in the river Otra or in the lake Hartevatn. The water temperature at the Hegni outdoor area occasionally reaches 20 °C, and if you prefer even more pleasant temperatures, you may visit the Hovden Waterpark where the water holds 30 °C all year round.
For fishing enthusiasts, there are numerous small lakes, in addition to the river Otra.
