On Bykle Day, you can experience the release of water from Sarvsdammen, visit the local fire station during its open day, enjoy activities and stalls at the open-air museum Lislestog, and attend a concert in Bykle Church.
Description
On Saturday, September 5, the annual Bykle Day will take place in the village of Bykle. The day begins at 10:00 with the release of water from Sarvsdammen.
The local fire station will be open from 10:00 to 14:00, with activities for children and a visit from Bjørnis, Norway’s popular fire safety mascot.
From 12:00 to 15:00, there will be activities, exhibitions, food stalls and cultural events at the open-air museum Lislestog.
And don’t miss the guided tour and storytelling in Bykle Old Church.
Finally, the day concludes with a concert by Rakkel in Bykle Church at 15:00. Free admission.
