- How old do you have to be to visit the water park alone?

You must be at least 10 years old and have basic swimming skills.
- Are there separate changing rooms for boys and girls?

No, there are no separate changing rooms – we have one shared changing area. However, there are individual stalls for privacy while changing, and the showers are separated.

- Do small children have to wear swim diapers?

Yes, with us, children under 3 years old pay NOK 35 for entry and receive a swim diaper included in the price. It is mandatory to use this diaper.

How old do you have to be to swim alone?
- Children who have turned 10 years old (11 years old after September 27) and are able to swim may swim alone in the pools. Otherwise, children are only allowed entry when accompanied by a swimming adult over the age of 18, who is responsible for them throughout the entire visit.
- Can we bring our own food into the pool area?

You are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks into the pool area. We have a great pool café where you can buy everything you need in terms of food and drinks.
- Do I have to pay just to sit and watch?

If you are entering the pool area without swimming, the cost is NOK 90.
- Is it cheaper if several of us pay together?

Yes, we offer a mini group price for 3–10 people who pay together, and we can also offer a special rate for schools, teams, and associations if you contact us in advance.
- Is it allowed to take photos in the pool area?

It is allowed to photograph your close ones. But please be considerate of other guests.
- Do you keep lost and found items?

We keep lost and found items until the end of the season. After that, they are cleaned and donated to Fretex or other charitable organizations.
- Can small children slide alone on the slides?"

Children must be at least 6 years old to slide alone on the slides. It is allowed to slide together with an adult if under 6 years old.
- Do you have gluten-free food?

We have gluten-free pizza crust, hot dog buns, and hamburger buns. We also have a separate fryer for gluten-free food, so the fries and grilled sausages are prepared gluten-free there.
- Do you have vegetarian food?

We have a veggie burger, and both our wraps and pasta salad can be made with plant-based pieces.

Is the water park responsible if I lose something?

We have lockable lockers in our changing rooms, but all storage is at your own risk.

Is it possible to order food for take away?
- Everything on the menu can be taken away. Call 37939393 if you want something tasty.
Remember, our kitchen closes half an hour before the water park closes. - Can you bring a stroller into the water park?

Yes, you can. Please contact the reception, and we will wash the wheels before you bring it into the pool area.

Do I have to wear a swim cap?

No, you don’t have to, but everyone must wash their hair and skin thoroughly with soap before entering the pool.
- Is your facility accessible for wheelchair users?

Yes, it is. We have an elevator down to the changing rooms and up to the pool area. You can borrow a special plastic wheelchair that can be rolled into the pool. We also have a dedicated accessible shower and changing cubicle.
