In this aufguss, the clarity of winter and the budding energy of spring meet in warmth, scent, and rhythm. A moment to land, thaw, and feel your own inner glow begin to grow.

Bring a towel to sit on
Meet at the Otra sauna, at the very end of Hovden Fjellbad, 5 minutes before the session starts
We recommend starting to drink water with lemon and a little salt about 3 hours before the sauna
